Floater Adjustment

During this process, secure the floater counterweight 10 cm from its end by tying the floater wire to the counterweight at both ends to prevent movement. Adjust the floater head to a height of 75 cm from the tank bottom. If the suction pipe height is known, position the floater head 10 cm above the end of the suction pipe. Tie a knot in the wire at the appropriate location to secure the setting, considering the wire’s exit point on the tank.

Floater Installation

To install the floater in the ground tank, select a suitable location free of obstructions that could impede its movement or operation. Secure the floater by pulling the floater wire through an opening at the top of the tank, tying a knot on the inside, and then tying a second knot on the outside to ensure stability.

Floater Connection

Connect the common floater wire to wire No. 1 on the Tamam device. Connect the empty floater wire to wire No. 2 and the full floater wire to wire No. 3. Ensure all wire connections are located outside the tank to prevent exposure to water and moisture.

If an additional wire is required between the Tamam device and the float, use a three-wire cable that is weather and heat resistant.
