Roof Tank
This process involves ensuring the roof tank is in good condition and free of any issues or leaks. Verify the absence of a mechanical floater attached to the discharge pipe; its removal is preferred during Tamam device installation. Measure the tank height by determining the distance between the discharge opening and the suction opening.
Ground Tank
This process involves measuring the actual height of the ground tank. First, measure the distance between the water supply inlet and the tank’s surface. Next, measure the height of the suction pipe (foot valve or filter) from the tank bottom. Then, determine the actual tank height by measuring the distance between the top of the suction pipe (measured from the tank bottom) and the water supply inlet, or the tank’s surface if the tank has a neck and the inlet is attached to it. It is also advisable to ensure the foot valve (or filter) is functioning correctly.
